WHAT KIND OF LEADER/TEACHER
DO YOU WANT TO BE?

We all want to be loved, but to be loved, we need to love first.
We all want to be respected, but to get respect and be respected we need to respect others first.
We all want to be tolerated and accepted, but to promote tolerance and acceptance we need to tolerate and accept the others first.
What we give is what we get, what we get is what has been given by us in advance. If there is one rule, that is constant, is the circular rule of all, that is life and energy. All that we give, we get and all the we get is, what we have given. You can’t expect to receive, what you don’t give to others.
The attitude a leader/teacher shows to a single worker/student is what is transmitted to the co-workers/scholars among themselves. A self-aware and compassionate leader will have a self-aware and compassionate team. The heads of a team or an organization define the atmosphere and behavior of the members, because unconsciously the members of the team will take him/her as a role model and like children will copy and reproduce, what they see. So, as we race our children, we should treat our team members, co-workers/students.
It is in the hands of the leader/teacher how he/she decides to teach them, with a whip or with honey bread, what we give, is what we get, one way or another life always finds a way to balance everything out.
How do you want to treat your co-workers, with arrogance or acceptance; with humiliation or encouragement; with respect or disdain? It is your choice how you want them to behave among each other.
What kind of team do you want to lead?
What kind of leader do you want to be?
It all depends on what you want to be?
Reflect on it and act in consequence to it.
Be who you want them to be.
Remember, lessons of pain remain for a lifetime, lessons of love are passed on forever. Spread the love.
Maestro Jesús y Santa Madre María
A flower doesn’t need the pressure of anyone to grow, doesn’t need anything else but freedom, fresh air, fresh water, a nutritive soil and sunlight. It needs no one to do anything in a supervising way to flourish, it is its nature, it does it on its own.
Strict supervision means in many cases, lack of trust. Lack of trust promotes the same, lack of flexibility and trust, distance and coldness.
We need to remind ourselves, that a mistake or failure of our students, is our mistake and no reason of mockery, because it shows, that we were not capable of teaching them well, so they wouldn’t commit those mistakes.
When we laugh, make fun or treat the mistakes of our students with lack of tolerance, it shows our own incapacity to accept our own mistakes and that we are not capable to be empathic. Some have forgotten, that we all make and made mistakes. Let’s create union, companionship, not competition and distance, hierarchies, that make us forget, that we are all the same. Some have more to learn and others have less, but we are all Divine hearts on this trip through time and space called life.
Let’s get real and forget about the titles, the positions and all that, which creates a fake segregation among us, let’s all be one heart and consciousness, stand for the same goal, with the same vision form different points of view. Let all our lights unite and form a rainbow of productive ideas and plans for us and for the future. They are not approaching any more, they are already here, waiting for us to make the change, to give them the chance, to express themselves and help us find our own nature and touch our hearts with so much warmth and love, that it would melt all the cold ice between us. They say: “Trust is good, control is better.” I say: “Trust is good conscious guidance is better.” Let them do and you shall be surprised by the capacity they have. We are all the change and salvation of this world.

The interaction between all of us is what makes the common consciousness of the society. Let’s give it some harmony and some moments of love, peace and happiness.
Encourage participation, enthusiasm and unity instead of competition.
Encourage growth instead of stagnation. Give them air instead of suffocation.
